PSG Fans Kick Off Campaign to Immortalize Club Legends at Home Ground

Paris Saint-Germain supporters have launched a heartfelt campaign to honor the club’s legendary players with permanent tributes at the Parc des Princes. The initiative, led by several prominent fan groups including Collectif Ultras Paris (CUP), seeks to celebrate the rich history of the club by immortalizing key figures who have left a lasting impact on PSG both on and off the pitch.

The campaign, which has gained rapid traction across social media platforms under the hashtag #LegendsAtTheParc, calls for the installation of statues, murals, and dedicated areas within the stadium that pay tribute to PSG icons. Among the names most frequently mentioned by fans are Ronaldinho, Pauleta, George Weah, Rai, Zlatan Ibrahimović, and current talisman Kylian Mbappé.

“This club has a short but powerful history,” said Jean-Paul Dumas, a spokesperson for one of the organizing supporter groups. “We believe it’s time that the Parc reflects not just the present stars, but also the legends who helped shape the PSG identity.”

Supporters are proposing several ideas, including a “Legends Walkway” at the stadium entrance, artistic murals along the outer walls of the Parc des Princes, and even a statue garden honoring the most influential players in PSG’s history.

The club has yet to formally respond to the campaign, but internal sources suggest PSG management is “open to exploring creative ways to engage with its passionate fanbase and honor the legacy of its footballing greats.” With Parc des Princes being a central part of the Parisian sporting landscape, many fans believe now is the perfect time to create a space that reflects the full story of the club.

Fans have also launched an online petition, which has already gathered over 25,000 signatures within the first 48 hours. Many prominent figures from the footballing world have voiced their support, and PSG ultras plan to unveil banners during upcoming home matches to keep the momentum going.

As PSG continues to chase modern-day glory on the European stage, the campaign is a reminder that the club’s identity is deeply rooted in the players, passion, and history that have built it. Whether through bronze, paint, or memory, PSG fans are determined to keep their legends alive—at home, where it all began.
