Liverpool are in the hunt for Karim Adeyemi while competing with Premier League rivals like Arsenal and Chelsea for the German winger.

According to Fichajes, Liverpool are in the race for Karim Adeyemi ahead of the summer as they might need a big wing signing. The German attacker is in the frame to further his career with a move to the Premier League, with Arsenal and Chelsea also in the mix for Borussia Dortmund.

Liverpool are set to enter a pivotal summer window as they are in danger of losing three of their most influential stars in the close season. Virgil van Dijk, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Mohamed Salah are in the final months of their respective deals, with the club then set to embark on a task to replace those big names.

Concerning Salah, they will need to bring in a player who comes close to matching his output, as there are some names like Bryan Mbuemo mentioned as potential replacement targets. The other one, as per recent reports, is the name of Karim Adeyemi, with the Borussia Dortmund winger ready for a big career move to the Premier League.

Adeyemi rejected a move to Napoli in favour of joining a Premier League side either in January or next summer. Meanwhile, Liverpool are not alone in the mix for Adeyemi, although they could make a compelling pirch for the 22-year-old Bundesliga attacker should they look to replace Salah with him.

The Merseysiders will now wait to understand Borussia Dortmund’s asking price for the 22-year-old star, given they have a history of getting a big value for their renowned star. Hence, it will be interesting to see how much Liverpool will have to shell out, as they will also have to compete with their Premier League rivals for the German attacker.

Liverpool are interested in Adeyemi, but Arsenal are in the mix for the attacker ahead of the summer window. The Gunners are keen to recruit a wide attacker to add depth to the attacking setup, although any move will depend on his price tag.

Chelsea are also keen, and the Blues have had conversations during the January window as they explored moves for the German as well as Alejandro Garnacho. In any case, Adeyemi will attract massive interest, which could lead to a transfer battle of sorts, with Liverpool keen to position themselves as frontrunners in the chase.
