COOKIES:Tashard Choice Sticking With Texas Longhorns Despite Dallas Cowboys Interest

Tashard Choice, the running backs coach for the Texas Longhorns, has decided to remain with the team despite recent interest from the Dallas Cowboys. Reports indicate that Choice will continue his role under head coach Steve Sarkisian in Austin.

Choice had interviewed with the Cowboys for their running backs coach position, but ultimately chose to stay with the Longhorns. In response, the Cowboys have hired Derrick Foster, formerly of the New Orleans Saints, to fill the role.

During his tenure at Texas, Choice has been instrumental in developing NFL-caliber running backs, including Bijan Robinson and Roschon Johnson. His decision to stay ensures continuity for the Longhorns’ offense as they prepare for the upcoming season.
