BREAKING NEWS:Chelsea have changed their plan to sign Marc Guehi and Enzo Maresca is considering letting three players leave

Chelsea FC is actively seeking to bolster their defensive lineup and is reportedly interested in re-signing Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace. To facilitate this potential acquisition, the club is considering offloading several players during the January transfer window. Among those who could depart are Axel Disasi, Ben Chilwell, Carney Chukwuemeka, Cesare Casadei, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, and Christopher Nkunku.

Manager Enzo Maresca has indicated that while the club does not wish to lose players, they are open to departures if individuals express a desire for more playing time elsewhere. He emphasized the importance of mutual agreement between the club and the players regarding any potential moves.

In addition to these developments, Chelsea has agreed to sign 19-year-old French center-back Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg for £12.5 million. Sarr will remain with Strasbourg until the end of the current season and join Chelsea in the summer.
