CONGRATULATIONS: Top three Christmas gifts for Florida State football fans for the 2025 offseason

First and foremost, we at ChopChat would like to wish each of our loyal readers and their loved ones a Merry Christmas. We appreciate the time that you all take out of your day to read our content consistently. Disclaimer: we hope that you don’t get too many looks wearing your Florida State football gear at your Christmas functions.

Florida State football fans had to shield their eyes this season as the Seminoles went 2-10 on the year. This was not something that individuals expected (unless you were ESPN’s Paul Finebaum and Greg McElroy) especially after having a 13-1 season in 2023.

It is easy to pinpoint the thought process of former quarterback Jordan Travis’s injury and missing the College Football Playoff as part of the reason for the struggles. However, the issue is much more rooted, and it seems like head football coach Mike Norvell is finally making the necessary change needed for the Seminoles to hoist more championship trophies sooner rather than later.

That is more than what the arch-rival Miami Hurricanes can say after being in the conference for twenty years and never winning the conference championship, even though the 2024 season was supposed to be their season, and it ended with them in a Pop-Tarts Bowl.

Nonetheless, let’s stop discussing the less fortunate programs. In the spirit of the holiday season, here are three Christmas gifts for Florida State football fans.
