|Auburn made a move to bolster its secondary on Monday, getting a commitment from former Georgia Tech transfer Taye Seymore.
Seymore announced the news in a post on X (formerly Twitter).Seymore played primarily as a safety at Georgia Tech, making 49 tackles and two pass deflections across his two seasons with the Yellow Jackets.He’ll join a young Auburn safety room highlighted by returning contributors Kaleb Harris and Sylvester Smith. Auburn also signed two freshmen safeties in four-stars Anquon Fegans and Eric Winters.
Seymore also adds extra experience to the room after the departures of Jerrin Thompson and Caleb Wooden. He will have two years of eligibility remaining.
