HERE WE GO :Andrey Rublev and Grigor Dimitrov reach the quarter final in Stockholm

Andrey Rublev beat Alexandre Muller 6-4 6-1 to reach the quarter final at the Nordic Open in Stockolm.

Rublev hit 17 winners and saved all three of the break points he faced. Rublev is currently eighth in the ATP Live Race to Turin leading ninth placed Alex De Minaur by just 275 points.

Rublev converted his third break points and held serve at love to take a 4-2 lead in the fifth game of the first set. Muller saved two break points in the seventh game to hold serve at deuce for 3-4. Rublev served out the first set on his second opportunity after saving two break points. Rublev raced out to a 4-0 lead with two breaks of serve. Muller saved a break point to hold serve at deuce. Rublev broke for the third time on his first match point to set up a quarter final match against Stan Wawrinka, who rallied past Alejandro Davidovich Fokina 6-4 3-6 7-5 to reach his 112thtour-level quarter final.

Grigor Dimitrov beat Quentin Halys 7-6 (7-1) 6-3 to win his 18thmatch at the ATP 250. Dimitrov set up a quarter final against Dominic Stricker.

Halys broke serve in the fourth game of the second set to take a 3-1 lead. Dimitrov pulled back on serve in the first game and held serve at deuce to draw level to 3-3. Dimitrov saved three break points in a five-deuce 10th game to draw level to 5-5. Dimitrov earned four mini-breaks to win the win the tie-break 7-1. Halys saved two break points in the sixth game of the second set to draw level to 3-3. Dimitrov converted his third break point in the eighth game and wrapped up the win on his first match point in the next game.
