Over the weekend, it was reported that Yan Valery sustained a slight calf strain while practicing with Tunisia, which would likely require him to miss some time. Valentin is set to replace the right-back, and while it is uncertain how long Valery will be away, the Spaniard now has a great opportunity to reclaim his starting job.
