The American’s reaction was sparked by Novak Djokovic achieving the same feat at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Djokovic, who has clinched multiple Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon Championships, and US Open titles, secured the gold medal at the Paris Games by defeating Carlos Alcaraz in the final and thus completing his Career Golden Slam.

In the final, Novak Djokovic defeated Carlos Alcaraz 7-6(3), 7-6(2) to secure the gold medal in the men’s singles event and thus also secure his place as the fifth player to achieve the Career Golden Grand Slam.
